About Me

I am an IT student currently pursuing my education at Nova Scotia Community College, driven by a passion for technology and its transformative power. My journey into the tech world began in 2010, working in Electrical Engineering in China. The decision to pivot my career towards IT and relocate to Canada was inspired by my fascination with software development and the endless possibilities it presents. During my early career, I gained extensive experience with C programming, laying a strong foundation for my ongoing studies.

I have developed proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C, and I am actively expanding my knowledge in C++ and Java. My skills are further complemented by practical experience with TCP/IP, Windows Server, and Cisco networking. This diverse technical background is supported by hands-on projects and achievements that I am eager to discuss.

I currently reside in Lower Sackville with my family, including my wife, two wonderful boys, and our loyal Rottweiler. My love for technology is matched by my passion for the great outdoors, where I enjoy mountain biking and hiking. These activities not only provide a refreshing break from the digital world but also reinforce skills valuable in IT, such as problem-solving and persistence.

I am excited to continue my journey in the IT field, eager to leverage my diverse experiences and skills to make meaningful contributions to the world of technology.
